Irina Sorrels is the Founder and CEO of Tu Refugio Seguro, a faith-based nonprofit organization serving Latino survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She is also the founder of HER Academy and a trauma-informed leadership consultant. She is a certified neurocoach, international speaker, author, mentor, and certified chaplain. With more than twenty years of experience supporting individuals and organizations, Sorrels equips leaders with practical tools that foster healing, resilience, and cultural responsiveness. Her work bridges neuroscience, leadership development, and community engagement to strengthen organizations and improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.
