Bring your organization, business, program, products, or community resources to VOCES Health Summit 2026: Bridging Health & Culture.

Exhibitor and vendor tables will be featured during the Main Summit on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Brownsville Events Center, giving you the opportunity to connect with health professionals, community leaders, educators, students, nonprofits, businesses, and cross-sector partners from across the region and beyond.

What Your Registration Includes

Each exhibitor registration includes:

• One exhibitor table during the Main Summit on Friday, October 23
• Meals provided during Summit day
• Two chairs
• Two full Summit registrations for the three-day convening
• Access to Friday Summit programming
• Exhibitor and poster areas
• El Mercado
• Awards
• Closing Reception
• Access for both registered attendees to general Summit activities included with registration

You do not need to purchase separate Summit registrations for the two attendees included with your exhibitor table.

Bringing Additional Team Members?

Additional staff, team members, or guests are welcome to attend and may register separately through the general Summit registration.

Electricity & Wi-Fi

Electricity

Electrical access is limited and cannot be guaranteed for every exhibitor or vendor table. If your setup requires electricity, please let the Summit team know in advance. Additional instructions will be provided based on available venue access.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi information will be provided to registered exhibitors and vendors as event logistics are finalized.

Food & Beverage Vendors

Food and beverage vendors may require additional review and are responsible for any applicable permits, licenses, approvals, food safety requirements, and venue requirements.

Indoor live cooking, open flames, fryers, grills, and on-site food preparation are not permitted.

If you plan to sell or distribute food or beverages, please provide complete information about your planned setup during registration.

Registration & Participation

A separate exhibitor application is not required. Organizations and vendors may register directly online.

Because exhibitor space is limited, Latinx Voces reserves the right to review registrations to ensure compatibility with the Summit’s purpose, audience, venue requirements, and available space.
