Does my Summit registration include all three days?
Yes! Your VOCES Health Summit registration includes access to all three days, October 21–23, 2026, including Wednesday’s Welcome Reception, Thursday’s stakeholder sessions and cultural activities, and Friday’s Main Summit. Some Wednesday and Thursday activities require advance RSVP due to limited capacity. If you already selected your activities during registration, there’s no need to RSVP again. Participation in capacity-limited activities is subject to availability and confirmation.

How can I earn up to 10 continuing education hours?
VOCES Health Summit attendees may be eligible to earn up to 10 continuing education hours, depending on their professional credential, participation, and applicable credit requirements. To maximize eligible hours, attendees are encouraged to participate in the full Friday program, including educational sessions and approved learning activities. What does registration include?
Registration includes access to the Wednesday Welcome Reception, Explore Brownsville activities on Thursday, and the full Friday Summit program, including sessions, meals provided during the Summit day, exhibitor and poster access, El Mercado, awards, and the Closing Reception. What happens on Thursday, October 22?
Thursday includes two parts: Explore Brownsville activities are open to registered Summit attendees and will include opportunities to experience local attractions, cultural spaces, restaurants, small businesses, and partner-hosted activities. Executive Sessions + Leadership Roundtables are reserved for all attendees- but are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Are the executive sessions open to all attendees?
Yes! Executive sessions are open to all attendees, but are first come-first serve via a separate link, after registration. All registered attendees will still have access to Explore Brownsville activities on Thursday.

Is the Welcome Reception included?
Yes! The Wednesday Welcome Reception is included with Summit registration, but space is limited. During registration, attendees will be asked to indicate whether they plan to attend so Latinx Voces can plan appropriately. Reception access will be confirmed based on capacity.

Are meals included?
Yes! Meals provided during the Friday Summit program are included with registration. Additional details about meals, receptions, and attendee logistics will be shared closer to the event.

Will CEUs be available?
Yes! Up to 10 Continuing education opportunities will be available for Community Health Worker CEUs, Social Work hours, and Certification in Public Health hours. Additional CEU hours are being explored (such as Nursing and Medical units)- and will be confirmed as we finalize. All CEU details will be announced closer to the event.

Where will the Summit take place?
The main Summit day will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026 at the Brownsville Events Center in Brownsville, Texas. Additional details about Wednesday and Thursday locations, parking, hotel options, and travel logistics will be shared closer to the event.
