Digital health tools are becoming increasingly important for accessing care, yet many communities continue to face barriers related to technology access, health literacy, and misinformation. This workshop presents a culturally tailored framework for strengthening digital health navigation skills among promotores and community health workers. Participants will explore practical strategies for teaching digital literacy, addressing misinformation, protecting privacy, and helping families access online health resources. The session introduces a bilingual Digital Navigator Toolkit and demonstrates how trusted community messengers can help close the digital divide. By investing in workforce development and digital literacy training, organizations can improve access to healthcare while expanding career opportunities for community health workers.
