Building Brain Healthy Habits

Brain health is increasingly recognized as a critical component of healthy aging and long-term quality of life. This workshop introduces participants to evidence-based habits associated with improved cognitive health and reduced dementia risk. Through education, discussion, and action planning, attendees will learn practical steps they can take to support brain health at every stage of life. Special attention is given to Hispanic populations, who experience elevated risks for Alzheimer’s disease and often face barriers to early detection and care. Participants will leave with a personalized action plan and practical tools to help implement healthy lifestyle changes that support cognitive well-being.
