Exhibitor and vendor tables are available for the main Summit day on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Brownsville Events Center. Participants will be part of the Summit’s exhibitor experience and El Mercado, connecting with attendees throughout the day.

What Your Registration Includes
Your $150 Exhibitor / Vendor Table Registration includes:
- One 6-foot exhibitor/vendor table
- Two chairs
- One full 3-day VOCES Health Summit registration
- Access for the registered table representative to the Friday Summit program
- Summit Day meals
- Exhibit Hall and poster activities
- El Mercado
- Awards ceremony
- Closing Reception
Bringing Additional Team Members?
One Summit registration is included with each exhibitor/vendor table.
Additional staff members, team members, or guests who plan to attend must purchase their own Summit registration tickets.

Brownsville Events Center
Setup
Exhibitors and vendors should plan to be completely set up by 8:30 AM Friday morning.
Setup opportunities are currently expected to include:
- Early setup the evening before, with final hours to be confirmed
- Friday morning setup beginning as early as 7:00 AM
Final setup instructions and venue access times will be provided to registered exhibitors and vendors before the Summit.
Breakdown
The Summit and Closing Reception conclude at approximately 7:00 PM. Exhibitors and vendors may begin teardown after the conclusion of the event.
Electricity & Wi-Fi
Electricity
Electrical access is limited and cannot be guaranteed for every exhibitor or vendor table. If your setup requires electricity, please let the Summit team know in advance. Additional instructions will be provided based on available venue access.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi information will be provided to registered exhibitors and vendors as event logistics are finalized.
Registration & Participation
Exhibitor and vendor participation does not require a separate application or pre-approval process. Participants may register directly online.
Because space is limited, Latinx Voces reserves the right to review registrations for compatibility with the Summit’s purpose, audience, venue requirements, and available space. If we have questions about your registration, a member of the Summit team will contact you directly.
