She oversees multimillion-dollar grant programs and workforce capacity-building efforts and played a key role in coordinating countywide COVID-19 testing, vaccination, and mobile clinic operations. Clarissa leads the South Texas All Hazards Conference and oversees RespondHER, an initiative supporting the development of women in emergency response.
