This interactive workshop explores how trauma-informed leadership can strengthen relationships within healthcare, nonprofit, educational, and community settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will engage in guided discussions, case studies, and self-reflection activities that build skills in psychological safety, culturally responsive communication, and resilience-centered leadership. Drawing on extensive experience serving Latino communities, the session provides practical strategies that organizations can immediately implement.
